Take for instance the issue of whose property is whose? When the property is personal information about us, does that property really belong to them (the government) or is it ours? What about private institutions? Do they have a right to our personal data and if so, how much right do they have? And, if we do take it back, is it considered stealing, punishable by fines and prison time? Just a thought!
